Welcome to ENC Valet

Thank you for taking the time to read about us. We started our valet service in Sacramento CA in May of 2008. Through mutual business contacts we expanded our services to San Diego CA a year later. Employees of ours have provided valet parking services all over northern California, San Diego county, Lake Tahoe and Reno.

Our company was started out of pure curiosity for the industry and the drive to create something exciting and beneficial to this niche of the hospitality sector. The owner and his partner are both very much into fitness and looked forward to making some money while getting exercise. We also felt that we could bring a level of honesty and integrity that was lacking in the industry.

The great employees that make up our family work as a team with one goal. That goal is to exceed all the clients’ expectations and to maintain our 100% customer satisfaction rating.

I used Eric and ENC Valet for two events in two different locations for our wedding weekend in Napa. Both events had about 100 guests. Eric was always very quick to get back to me with any questions I had regarding both events. Both events took place in private residential areas and ENC Valet familiarized themselves with both areas ahead of time to make sure that they knew how to be the most helpful with the least amount of impact to each neighborhood. He and his team were so friendly, prompt and professional. I cannot speak enough about them. They are the only company I would go with in the Napa Valley.

Eric and his team drove down to Redwood City to help me and my 50 guests maneuver cars in a really tight lot at my wedding venue. EXPERIENCE

ENC Valet has extensive experience in most sectors of the hospitality parking industry. Our management and employees haven’t learned everything… yet; but were getting there. The glass is always half full and we know that.

In the first 3 years that we were in business we grew from 1 employee to 40 employees. At one point our valet team expanded to 25 valet attendants in 5 days. This was a period of exhaustive work, which forced the management and valet attendants to grow mentally as a team. This also set the foundation for what we came to see as the future of our business.

Private Events

Since that time we haven’t looked back, and we’ve provided valet parking services for almost every event you can think of. ENC Valet’s parking services have helped create smooth traffic situations at funerals, provided free valet service to many charity events, helped birthday parties and quinceaneras to be memorable occasions, helped to create many hassle free parking situations at hectic weddings, helped to diffuse situations which otherwise might be disastrous, and many more.

Commercial Accounts

Our commercial accounts are very important to ENC Valet’s life as a business. As such, and on the other end, we know how important we are to the client, with respect to their customers. ENC Valet provides the smile and sets the mood for the customer upon arrival to the establishment. It’s vital that this mood is set in the beginning, to ensure the customers night begins on the right foot. Our staff has greeted customers with smiles for many types of commercial accounts. These accounts have included hotels, retirement communities, restaurants and a casino. The valet parking experience we gained while working for the Casino is invaluable and is a niche of the parking industry that not too many valet companies possess. In the garaged casino environment ENC Valet’s staff and management learned how to deal with a large volume of vehicles, which is much different than an open, outdoor surface-lot environment. At points, our staff accommodated up to 800 automobiles in a 4 hour period. Our management also understands some of the complexities and politics the casino’s deal with on a customer as well as management level. Just like with our private events we provide valet services for, ENC Valet goes to great lengths to create an environment which is conducive to our client’s needs and goals. Our attitude is that we can make any situation a client requests a reality. There is always a way to get it done. Our business model fair and flexible, we will accommodate your needs.
